Signalling Design Engineer



Our client provide a full range of signalling and telecommunications services, specifically in the fields of feasibility, development and design. They undertake a significant amount of project development work of many of the UK's major Railway projects and they are frequently appointed to major multi-disciplinary projects to enable full integration with other in-house engineering disciplines.







Working within the Signalling & Telecommunications Unit at our client's Plymouth Office or their Swindon Office, the successful candidates will undertake detailed signalling design work through CAD.







You will be involved in detailing signalling design (GRIP 5) on multidisciplinary projects within either the National S&C framework contract (Western and Southern Zone) or on Enhancement Works such as those being undertaken as part of the East London Line Extension Project at Crystal Palace.







Candidates must have:



Relevant HND or HNC (or equivalent)



Appropriate membership of IRSE



IRSE Assistant Design/Design License desirable or working toward IRSE Design License
